This month Garlett Group was featured in the Australian Institute of Management WA’s Workplace Conversations magazine.
In celebration of NAIDOC week, the magazine highlights Director Emma Garlett’s position leading as a First Nations woman in a male-dominated industry. Garlett has spearheaded the business world in Western Australia as a First Nations woman, becoming a lawyer at a top-tier law firm and now a Director of her own business.
Ms Garlett discussed the positive changes she has experienced in her work environments which have been traditionally dominated by men. Her experience of the growing support for reconciliation and understanding from non-Indigenous people has been hopeful.
In her vision for a future with empowered Indigenous voices, Emma founded Garlett Group to help achieve this goal.
