Emma Garlett, Director of Garlett Group, had the privilege of providing a keynote speech at the inaugural AIM Diversity at Work Conference. Emma’s keynote provided insight on how individuals and organisations can foster belonging and connection with a focus on First Nations inclusion and evidence based research.
This one-day conference was ‘designed to deepen understanding and appreciation of diversity through expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities’. Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions and explored innovative strategies to enhance workplace inclusion, gaining actionable insights from industry leaders equipping leaders with the tools to champion diversity within your organisation.
